Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, etc.
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
Communicate updates to the care team and supervisors
Provide emotional support and companionship
Help patients stay active with simple exercises or activities
Administer medications (as permitted under scope)
Graduate of an accredited CNA or Home Health Aide program
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting preferred
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
A caring heart, positive attitude, and a desire to make a difference
